Dropout welded in wrong position

Purchased a new v3 proxxl cruiser for my racer and the left rear dropout is bent as in welded in the wrong position. When left non drive rear hub bolt is tightened it pulls the wheel violently over to make contact with chain stays and seat-stays. Had to switch back to his carbon xl Speedco witch is too small .

Reached out to Marco and was told no replacement frames available!!!

Not Sure I would make a second purchase.
